These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the Yorkshire Giveaway (the “Promotion”) run by Skipton Business Finance (“SBF”). By entering the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
1. Promoter

2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to existing Skipton Business Finance clients only.
Employees of SBF, Skipton Group companies, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility.
3. Promotional Period
The Promotion runs from 12:00pm on Monday 3 August 2026 until 11:59pm on Monday 10 August 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).
4. How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, participants must:
- Leave a Google review for Skipton Business Finance during the Promotional Period.
No purchase is necessary.
Only one entry per client is permitted.
Reviews must comply with Google’s review policies and be genuine reflections of the client’s experience.
5. Prize
One winner will receive an overnight stay for two at The Coniston Country Estate & Spa, including:
- Dinner
- Bed & Breakfast
- Full Spa Access
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
The Prize is subject to availability and The Coniston Country Estate & Spa’s booking terms and conditions. Exclusion dates may apply.
Travel to and from the venue, additional food and beverages, spa treatments, upgrades and any other incidental expenses are not included unless expressly stated.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entrants after the close of the Promotional Period.
The winning client will be notified by email by Friday 14 August 2026, and arrangements will be made for the Prize to be redeemed.
If the winner does not respond within five working days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Data Protection
Personal data provided for the Promotion (including contact details required to administer the Prize) will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion.
Data will be processed in accordance with SBF’s Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, incomplete, delayed, corrupted or inaccessible due to any network or platform issues.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or disappointment arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the Prize.
9. Promotion Integrity
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who it reasonably believes has breached these T&Cs or engaged in fraudulent or unfair practices.
10. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
