Our aim has always been to have a positive impact on clients, colleagues and communities through our charitable donations, colleague fundraising and volunteering.
How We Are Supporting Our Communities
- Volunteering & Fundraising Opportunities – All colleagues are entitled to three days of volunteering each year and access to our Matched Funding Scheme, in which we will match the amount of money a colleague raises for a fundraising activity.
- Supporting Our Business Community – Our funding supports businesses throughout the UK, providing wealth and employment throughout the regions.
Communities Matter Scheme
Our Communities Matter Scheme offers two £500 grants each month to support local community projects and good causes across the UK. The scheme is now open for applications from all not-for-profit organisations.
At Skipton Business Finance, we are committed to supporting the communities in which we live and work. Through the Communities Matter Scheme, we provide small grants to help local organisations bring their vision to life and continue making a positive impact.
We’ve already supported a number of fantastic projects, including Torpoint Athletic Youth FC, who used their funding to invest in new team kits and equipment to enhance players’ development and experience.
