Caroline Smith gears up for Great North Run

Skipton Business Finance's Caroline Smith has begun preparations to run the BUPA Great North Run on the 16th September, and she needs your help to raise as much money as possible for the Martin House Hospice!

The Great North Run, first staged in 1981, has firmly established itself as the world's most popular half-marathon. More than 50,000 people complete the course each year, raising millions of pounds for charities spanning the globe.

Caroline, a Relationship Manager for SBF, has chosen to run on behalf of the Martin House Hospice. They care for children and young people with progressive life limiting illnesses and provide all-encompassing support for their families.

With a purpose-built hospice in Boston Spa, Wetherby, children from across Yorkshire are supported by the centre.

Everyone at SBF wishes her the best of luck!
