The business has been developed and evolved over the past nine years and prides itself on finding logistics solutions for all aspects of Aldi customer requirements which has seen a meteoric growth in new business during a very short period.

What made you choose SBF as a lender?
The facility was already in place at the company prior to me joining, however I was absolutely happy to retain their services purely because of the relationship we had with them historically. I was really impressed with their no-nonsense approach.
What are SBF's three main qualities and why?
Understanding & knowing their facilities – I found SBF’s staff to be extremely knowledgeable when it came to the industry and the facilities they had to offer, whilst being understanding to our business.
Friendly – Everyone I have ever dealt with at SBF have been extremely friendly which is really helpful because good working relationships are extremely important to me.
Quick decisions – It’s a nice experience to get straight and honest answers to any questions I may have. It’s also great to know that the people I deal with at SBF can make decisions fast.
What has surprised you most about SBF?
The little things! Obviously their service is excellent, however it’s the little things that have surprised me the most.
It’s the fact that someone cares about our business and the fact that you always get through to somebody direct and they instantly know who you are and where you’re calling from. It certainly beats having to repeat yourself four or five times before getting through to someone!
