SBF Client Survey shows 99% satisfaction rate

Skipton Business Finance is pleased to reveal that a staggering 99% of their clients would be happy to recommend them to other businesses, based on the results of its most recent Client Satisfaction Survey, completed at the end of December 2012.

The high level of service provided to clients was lauded by many, receiving an average score of 4.79 (out of 5), whilst the company's flexibility and relationship with clients were also highlighted and saw scores of 4.76 and 4.75 respectively.

97% indicated they were happy with their facility, as the benefits of invoice finance facilities, such as the quick and easy access it provides to working capital, were made apparent by clients.

Operations Director, Andrew Hill, said the results reflected positively on the company: "It's always been our mission to provide the highest levels of service in the industry, so such results as these are a good reflection on how we believe we're doing".

He continued: "We will continue to look for ways to provide our clients with even more efficient systems which give them exactly what they want: quick and easy access to cash".

Greg Bell, Managing Director, added: "We are extremely proud to boast a low client-to-staff ratio, giving our clients their own specialised Relationship Managers and, in the process, affording them the time and focus they need to run their businesses during a tricky economic period".
