For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998, Skipton Business Finance Limited will act as data controller for information held about individuals. Information pertaining to individuals will be held for credit assessment purposes and for the ongoing administration of the account and after closure of the account for statutory, regulatory, accounting, auditing, or other lawful requirements. If the proposal does not progress then information will be held for a period not exceeding 12 months. Individuals can request in writing upon payment of a fee, details held about them by Skipton Business Finance Limited and where necessary may correct the information held about them.
My digital signature on this proposal authorises Skipton Business Finance Limited to carry out any credit or other searches it deems necessary on any shareholder, director or officer of the company. I confirm that this notice has been provided to all such individuals and that they have authorised me to sign on their behalf. I also confirm that should any new director or shareholder join the company I will draw their attention to this notice and immediately inform Skipton Business Finance Limited should they not consent to the use of their information described above.
I hereby authorise Skipton Business Finance Limited to undertake searches on my records at your credit reference and fraud prevention agencies and give information about me and my obligations to such other persons as you may reasonably require.
Where an account is opened the account data (including account performance information) may be shared with CRA’s and fraud prevention agencies. We and other organisations that make searches may also access and use this information when checking applications for (or managing) credit and related accounts, facilities and services, statistical analysis, recovering debt and dealing with claims.
