How old are you?I'm 35.

Where do you work? Head Office.

What's your background? I am a qualified Dental Nurse. I worked in an estate agency prior to joining SBS nearly 16 years ago where I began my career in mortgage arrears. I then joined SBF in 2001 when the company was only one week old with no clients!

What do you do at SBF?Client Services Manager.

What are your primary responsibilities? I manage the back office operations staff who deal with the all the client admin from chasing debts and processing cash to balancing the month end reconciliations. It is my responsibility to ensure that we continue to provide an excellent service for all our clients and to minimize any risk to SBF.

What’s the best thing about your job? The people I work with. It’s a great company to work for and an interesting industry to work in. I love my job!

What was your childhood ambition? To be an Air Stewardess and to have a ride on a bob sleigh!

What are your hobbies? Golf, socialising, travel and more golf!

Favourite Film? The Wizard of Oz and Pretty Woman.

Is the glass half empty or half full? Definitely half full if not more. I have a job that I enjoy, good family & friends, my health and I play golf!
