Wellingborough-based logistics business, KGT Logistics Ltd, is celebrating an increase in employees and turnover since its management change in 2015.
KGT Logistics, a haulage and logistics business, has seen a 78% increase in turnover from £2.7 million to £4.8 million. In addition to this, the business has seen growth in other areas such as employee numbers, now employing 28 employees, up 75% from 16 back in 2015.
Hollie Gill, Director at KGT Logistics, said: “The business has definitely seen a lot of growth since 2015,”
“Having a factoring facility in place has really helped with the cash flow of the business and this meant we could take on more employees, leading to a more productive business.” Ms Gill added.
The business is now focusing on the continuation of this growth as well as maintaining the levels of service it offers to its customers. With a noticeable increase in business towards the North, KGT Logistics hopes to strive towards a potential northern depot in the future.
