Shredall SDS Group, the largest independently owned confidential waste shredding, paper recycling, document storage and scanning company in the UK, has experienced major growth, more than doubling its turnover and staff within the last 10 years.
The family-run business was set up in Nottingham in 1997 by Lloyd Williams who runs it alongside his daughter Lucy and son Nik. Shredall SDS Group specialises in supplying document shredding, storage and scanning services for businesses across the UK.
Within the last 10 years, the business has seen its employee numbers increase drastically, now employing 80 members of staff across their offices nationwide. Shredall SDS Group now has depots and offices in Nottingham, London, Birmingham and Edinburgh with their most recent site opening in Glasgow in July last year.
The new site, located in Bellshill, is now fully operational following a £1.2m investment and supplies a new onsite shredding service with upgraded equipment.
As a result of this growth, the business has seen its turnover double from £2.8m to £5.9m since 2014.
Over the last 10 years, Shredall SDS Group has begun to offer new services to its customers such as hard drive destruction, document scanning and paper cup recycling.
