SBF will advance up to 90% of the value of each sales invoice within 24 hours with
the balance less charges becoming available when your customers payment is received.
SBF will send your customers a monthly statement and remittance advice detailing
the amounts outstanding, chasing letters on a regular basis, as well as collecting
the monies by cheque or BACS from your customers direct.
We also understand that we are acting on behalf of our clients in collecting monies
and actively look to build a relationship and rapport with your customers. We do
not simply follow a 'chasing script' and you will have a dedicated Credit Controller
based in Skipton who will keep you updated over the activity on the ledger.
The majority of our factoring clients take advantage of the Skipton Link on line
facility that allows you to notify SBF of invoices electronically via the internet
as well as draw down monies direct into your bank account at the touch of a button.
The facility can be put in place inside 5 working days and there is no need to change
your existing banking arrangements. Currently 40% of our customers use a full service
factoring facility and concentrate the management resource on increasing sales whilst
we ensure that the back office sales ledger management is taken care of professionally
and effectively.
